  • The first session focuses on getting to know you. We’ll review your concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You’ll also have time to ask questions and see if this feels like a good fit.

  • I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and burnout. If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for your concern, feel free to reach out.

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though frequency can change based on your needs and goals.

  • Yes. Therapy is confidential and protected by law, with limited exceptions related to safety and legal requirements, which will be explained during your first session.
